Refund Policy

We (“SowfiHost Hosting Services”) offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to our customers, allowing them to use our services risk-free. The cancellation becomes effective based on the option selected by the customer during the cancellation process. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the 30-day period ends to qualify for a refund.

Once a cancellation request is submitted, the customer's account will be suspended either immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, as selected. After the cancellation is processed, the account—including all data, files, and backups—will be permanently deleted. SowfiHost will not be held responsible for any data loss resulting from suspension or termination.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds are only applicable to the first service purchased by a customer.

• Refunds for any additional services or purchases after the initial one may be issued as store credit only, at SowfiHost’s sole discretion.

• No refund is guaranteed for services beyond the first purchase, and such requests will be reviewed case-by-case.

Free Domain Policy

If your hosting plan includes a free domain name and you cancel within the first year, a non-refundable domain registration fee will be deducted from your refund.
Applicable taxes and payment gateway fees will also be subtracted from the total refund amount.
Please note: Newly registered domain names cannot be transferred to another registrar within the first 60 days of registration, as per domain registry regulations.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee, all the following conditions must be met:

1. The cancellation request must be submitted within 30 days of the first payment.

2. The reason for the refund must be related to server-side or SowfiHost support-related issues.

3. Your account and services must not violate our Terms of Service.

4. The service must be part of a recurring billing plan; refunds are not applicable to one-time services or domain registrations.
